Our story
Where bamboo meets the light.
A strand of bamboo is slender enough to bend, yet strong enough to remember its form. In the hands of a weaver, it becomes line, rhythm and colour — a quiet expression of the East, made for life now.

It begins with bamboo.
Before it becomes something to wear or carry, bamboo passes through a measured preparation: divided into fine strands, softened with steam, dried in the sun and, when the design calls for it, coloured. Every curve begins with the nature of the material — and with the patience to follow it.
Time, held in every crossing.
The pattern grows one crossing at a time. Tension is felt rather than measured; colour is balanced by eye. For some pieces, preparing and weaving the bamboo can occupy a full working day. The slight differences that remain are not flaws to erase, but traces of work done by hand.
An old language, worn anew.
Bamboo weaving belongs to a long visual language of line, space and repetition. We bring that language into the present through bags, earrings and hairpins: pieces that can sit beside linen, silk or a simple white shirt without becoming costume. Tradition does not have to stand still to remain itself.
Chosen with a quiet eye.
KineTimber selects pieces for the character of their weave, the clarity of their form and the way colour meets natural texture. We work as a curator and retailer of this supplied collection; we do not present ourselves as its manufacturer or claim authorship of the original designs. Our role is to let thoughtful craft find a natural place in modern wardrobes.
Made to accompany, not to overwhelm.
A woven bag at your side. A flicker of colour near the face. A bamboo form resting in the hair. KineTimber is our invitation to carry a little texture, a little history and a little poetry into an ordinary day — quietly, and entirely as your own.
