Seller and contract
Seller: WENJIAN YE, tax ID Y1245712T, Calle Vía Amerina, 12, 41016 Sevilla, Spain; info@kinetimber.com. Products, EUR totals and availability are confirmed at hosted checkout. An order is not confirmed as paid by a browser redirect; payment and order status appear in Account after backend processing.
Delivery and cancellation
Sales are cross-border and only to approved addresses. EUR prices include DDP delivery, taxes and duties with no default extras. Dispatch is within 48 hours and delivery is estimated at 3–7 days. Change-of-mind returns go to China at the buyer’s cost; statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights in the Returns policy remain applicable.
