We process account identity and saved addresses, order and payment status, support correspondence, and technical access/security data to provide accounts, fulfil orders, answer requests, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. For support, we process your name, email address, message, language, safe source page, account link when signed in, and technical anti-abuse data so we can reply and protect the service.
Services and rights
Account and order records use hosted database/authentication services; hosted payment handles payment details; site hosting processes delivery and security logs. These providers process data to deliver their services. We keep data only as needed for these purposes and applicable legal duties; no invented fixed retention period is stated. Email info@kinetimber.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or to raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable law.
Optional analytics and your choice
Optional first-party analytics is activated only after explicit consent. It records pseudonymous visit, product, cart and checkout events, country-level location, traffic source and device class; it does not record names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising tracking and newsletters are not enabled.
