EU withdrawal
EU consumers may notify info@kinetimber.com of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery, without needing discretionary prior approval, and send the goods back within 14 days after notice. We refund within 14 days after notice to the original payment method, including standard delivery if charged, but may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return arrives. Longer mandatory local rights apply where required.
Return destination and costs
Before checkout, note that returns go to No. 2 Tanzhong Road, Qiaotou Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The buyer pays international return postage for change of mind. This does not apply to defective, damaged, wrong or non-conforming goods, for which mandatory seller remedies and return costs apply.
Legal guarantee
In Spain, the statutory goods guarantee is 3 years. Other regions retain all mandatory local rights. No additional voluntary commercial warranty is promised.
